We are seeking a skilled and motivated Foam Insulation Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing foam insulation in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. You will ensure all work is performed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install foam insulation in walls, ceilings, crawl spaces, and other areas as required.
- Prepare job sites by setting up equipment, protecting surrounding areas, and ensuring proper ventilation.
- Operate and maintain spray foam equipment and tools in accordance with safety and operational guidelines.
- Measure, cut, and fit materials accurately to ensure full coverage and effective insulation.
- Inspect and troubleshoot existing insulation systems to identify areas for repair or replacement.
- Follow building codes, industry standards, and company policies to deliver high-quality results.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper disposal of materials.
- Communicate with clients and team members to provide updates and address concerns or questions.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in spray foam insulation or a similar field is preferred but not required. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Ability to operate and troubleshoot insulation equipment and tools.
- Knowledge of insulation materials and building codes is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces or high areas.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
