About the Role:
Logik Roofing & Insulation, part of the Logik Group, is a growing company known for quality workmanship, honest recommendations, and excellent customer service. We are looking for an experienced Attic Insulation Crew Leader to run residential jobs across the GTA and throughout Ontario.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You will be responsible for managing a crew, completing installs, and making sure every job is done efficiently and to a high standard.
The position requires travel across Ontario, including overnight stays. Travel and hotels are paid when you are working overnight outside the GTA.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage an attic insulation crew on job sites
- Perform and oversee air sealing and draft-proofing
- Install blown insulation, batt and poly, and blanket insulation
- Ensure job quality, efficiency, and safety standards are met
- Communicate professionally with homeowners
- Load and unload materials and keep a clean, organized job site
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in attic insulation
- Have personally blown at least 1,000 attics. We are only considering very experienced attic installers
- Strong knowledge of air sealing, blown insulation, and batt and poly
- Proven ability to lead and manage a crew
- Valid driver’s license
- Comfortable working in attics and other physically demanding environments
- Willing to travel across Ontario and stay out of town when required
- Based in or near the Greater Toronto Area, preferred
- Able to pass a background check
Assets, preferred but not required:
- Roofing experience
- Experience installing roof vents
- Ability to complete minor roof repairs

Shop based in Oshawa, ON. Work takes place across the Greater Toronto Area and throughout Ontario, so this role is on the road.
