We offer a fully transferable Ten (10) year workmanship warranty on all full roof replacements. If you experience any workmanship related issues during this period, we agree to correct these issues at no charge.

How Do I Begin A Warranty Claim?

1. Contact our office by phone or email. A live operator is available during business hours Mon-Fri. If you are reaching out after business hours, please leave us a message and we will reach as soon as we can.
2. Once we confirm receipt of your claim, we will arrange for one of our roofing experts to visit and investigate.
3. Our roofing expert(s) will identify the problem area(s) then draw up a plan of action to remedy the problem.
4. After the area of concern is corrected, we follow up to ensure the issue was resolved and you are happy with our efforts.
   
   

Who Should I Contact? The Shingle Company Or The Roofer?

Just call us. We do not expect our customers to sort out the root of the issue. We consider that our responsibility. After investigation, we will inform you of the issues and what appropriate actions should take place. If the issue proves to be with the product, we will assist you in contacting the shingle manufacturer so they can proceed with their investigation.

Measuring The Value Of A Warranty

Recently we have noticed an influx of roofing companies offering 15 year workmanship warranties. These companies tend to be smaller, less known establishments. We can appreciate a customer seeing this as having more value. However, we encourage you to consider the company(s) you are dealing with. Most well established, reputable companies offer 10 years on workmanship. Some of the less established, less known companies tend to offer 15 years as a means of gaining a competitive edge. The reality is most of these companies will not be around in 15 years. For peace of mind and a legitimate warranty with value, we encourage to consider companies with proven track records and reputations for great customer service. These are the companies that tend to offer the best warranties.
