About the Role:
We are looking for a reliable, organized, and self-motivated individual to help keep our shop and yard clean, safe, and running efficiently. This role is great for someone who enjoys hands-on work, keeping things organized, and supporting daily field operations.
Responsibilities:
- Organize tools, equipment, and materials in the shop and yard
- Maintain cleanliness and overall order of all work areas
- Manage and track inventory levels
- Prepare and assemble all materials and supplies needed for crews each day
- Restock common materials and report low inventory
- Assist with unloading deliveries and organizing incoming materials
- Keep loading areas clear and dispose of debris as needed
- Perform basic tool maintenance (sorting, charging, cleaning)
- Follow all safety procedures
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Able to lift 50 lbs and work both indoors and outdoors
- Reliable transportation
- Positive attitude and ability to work independently
- Experience in a shop environment or with tools/equipment is an asset
- Basic small engine repair knowledge is a strong advantage
Schedule & Compensation:
- Part-time: approximately 10-25 hours/week (flexible)
- Competitive hourly wage based on experience
