Why should I choose Logik Roofing over another contractor?

We are a locally owned and operated roofing & insulation company. We have been serving customers in the Durham Region & The GTA area since 2005. We are a HomeStars Best of 2017, 2018,2019,2020 and 2021 award recipient. We are also a multiple Reader’s Choice Award winner as well as a Best of Durham 2018 award recipient. We have live operators in our office ready to take your call during business hours and assist in booking an estimate appointment, filing a warranty claim, or confirming scheduling details. We have the manufacturer’s certification to install the product in accordance with their specs. We carry Five Million Dollars in Liability Insurance and have an up to date status with WSIB

What type of warranty or guarantee do you offer with your work?

We offer a fully transferable 10-year workmanship warranty on all roof replacement projects. We can also offer extended material warranties on both the shingles and the associated components required to complete the project. How soon can I get my estimate?

Generally speaking, we can arrange to have a Roofing Specialist meet with you at your home within 48 hours of your request for an estimate. While we always recommend meeting you in person to discuss any questions or concerns you may have, we understand you may have a very busy schedule. If you are not able to meet in a timely manner but still need an estimate, we can arrange to drop something off or email you an estimate. Our estimate process entails using aerial imagery to determine your roof measurements and take offs. We also make note of any areas that need special attention or that you have noticed as problematic. We then use this info to draw up an estimate on the work required.

What if i have questions or concerns while this work is being conducted?

Each job has an onsite foreman you can speak to directly. You can also reach out to our office staff during business hours. If there’s a question regarding details in the scope of work, you can always reach out to our Roofing or Insulation Specialist who provided you with the estimate

How long will the job take?

The average attic job takes 1-2 hours. There are a number of variables to consider when estimating how long a roofing job will take (size of the roof, steepness, difficult access etc.) With this said, most homes (2500 sq ft or less) are usually done in one day

Do you have insurance?

We carry 5 Million Dollars in liability insurance.
