Take Advantage of Enbridge’s Energy Rebate Program

Logik Roofing is excited to participate in Enbridge’s energy rebate program. You do not have to be an Enbridge Gas customerin the GTA. You can still qualify for rebates for making energy improvements to your home.

How Do I Qualify?

The first step in the process is to complete a home energy audit with a REA (Registered Energy Advisor). After completing an initial phone interview to determine pre-qualification, a home energy audit will be completed.

What Do I Do After I Qualify?

The next step is to complete at least two qualifying home energy upgrades within the allowed time frame. There are several different upgrades you can consider including:

  • Upgrading your home heating system.
  • Upgrading your insulation.
  • Upgrading to a new water heater.
  • Having your home air sealed.

The more upgrades you complete, the higher you final rebate amount will be – up to $5,000! You can obtain the complete list of qualifying rebates from Enbridge.

What Do I Do After My Upgrades Are Completed?

After you have completed all the energy improvement upgrades to your home, you must schedule and complete a post-home energy audit with the same REA. Your REA will then submit your paperwork for you rebate to Enbridge. You will receive your rebate incentive cheque by mail in about 8 to 10 weeks.

What Upgrades Can Logik Roofing Perform?

Logik Roofing is authorized to perform basement and attic insulation upgrades. Our experienced insulation installer technicians will assess your home and perform the necessary upgrades for you to receive your maximum rebates for these incentives through Enbridge.

Do I Have to Pay for the Upgrades Upfront?

The pre- and post-home energy audits must be paid for upfront prior to receiving your incentive cheque. You must also pay for any of the qualifying upgrades you want to complete upfront. Once your REA has verified all work has been completed during the post-home energy audit, then your incentive rebate application is submitted for processing.

Please keep in mind you will receive a rebate of $600 to help cover the costs for the pre-qualification and post-upgrade energy audits. This is on top of the rebates you get for completing qualifying upgrades – up to $5,000.
