According to the NRCA (National Roofing Contractors Association), homeowners should inspect their roofs at least twice a year – once in the spring and again in the fall.1

Spring is in the air and now is a good time to spruce up your home to make some changes and improvements. Aside from detail cleaning your home from top to bottom, there are several affordable things you can do to update your home and give it a much needed makeover.

As the snow melts away and the warmer temperatures of spring return, this is a great time to do some spring cleaning. As you are making out your “To Do” list of spring cleaning chores, remember to include your roof. Winter weather, snow, and ice can be your roof’s worst enemy, especially if there were numerous winter storm and several freeze-thaw cycles.
